There are several issues that companies should address when discussing equal employment opportunities. One of these issues is represented by the pay gap between men and women and the percentage of women reaching top management positions in these companies. Some of the reasons that contribute to this situation have been identified by Harvard Business School professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter.
